How do I collect mail?

You can simply collect mail at your convenience or the team can forward mail on to you daily or weekly if preferred.

Does it cost me to upgrade?

There is no cost to upgrade and you can upgrade at any time.

What is the minimum term?

You can have the service for as little as 1 month. If you choose to sign up for 12 months you will receive your final month rent free.

What ID do I need to provide?

We have a legal requirement to have on file two forms of identification - one to be photographic ID such as a valid driving licence and the other to be recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement.

How quickly can the service be activated?

Following payment, signature and ID the service will be active within 24 hours.
